Use this section if you are an individual
or a law firm investigating or alleging a civil complaint involving a
domain registered or held in the name of Domain Privacy Group Inc.
If your complaint is based on domain
name misappropriation or bad faith use and registration:
Apply under a domain name dispute policy for transfer or cancellation of
the subject domain name. Name the registered owner of the subject domain
name as Domain Privacy Group Inc., and we will forward your filed
complaint to the registered owner.
Domain Privacy Group Inc. abides by the dispute policy or policies
governing the subject domain name. Applicable policies can be found at the

allegations of patent, trade-mark, copyright or trade-secret infringement,
or slander, liable, defamation, breach of contract, general tort, and the
like:
To process your claim for infringement, at your own cost have your local
court of competent jurisdiction issue the Order (click
here to download).
Domain Privacy Group Inc. is not liable for any costs incurred by you in
obtaining this Order. Your jurisdiction may require you attain legal
counsel.
Courier (with a return receipt) a court-endorsed original signature Order

Orders will not be honoured.
If your complaint is based on SPAM,
phishing, fraud or the like:
Alert Domain Privacy Group Inc. of any SPAM, fraud, phishing or the like
by e-mail at fraud@domainprivacygroup.com.
All complaints are investigated, and all determinations made by Domain
Privacy Group Inc. are final and binding, without right of appeal.
